Our network is fully redundant and powered by Cisco routers. Our
backbone uplinks always have enough over-capacity and failure of a
backbone has no noticeable consequences for speed and reachability
of our servers. With this approach we have realized a 100% network
uptime in the past years.
We have peering contracts with all major ISP’s in the Netherlands and
use quality ransit providers for all international traffic. We route directly
on Ams-IX, NL-IX and the German NDIX.
Our facility is located well above sea level. We always have spare
hardware on site and our network equipment is only accessable by
senior employees. We also provide a second internal network that
allows fast internal connections, for example for off-site backup
over our own private VLAN.
We monitor our network and all hardware in it 24/7 to assure correct
functioning and signal issues before they become a problem. The entire
infrastructure is operated and maintained from one central location.
